IPC 2010

The principle city of eastern Slovakia is also – with a population of 235.000 - the second largest city in Slovakia, located near Hungarian, Ukrainian and Polish borders. Hence the economic and cultural centre of eastern Slovakia, Košice hosted for the second time The International Scientific Conference on Probiotics and Prebiotics (IPC2010), held from 15th to 17th of June in the downtown Hotel Doubletree by Hilton organized for the 4th time by The Faculty of Medicine at Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice.

Aquaculture Conference 2010 in Vietnam

Not only is Ho Chi Minh City with more than 8 Mio inhabitants the largest city in Vietnam; it also hosted the largest livestock exhibition in Vietnam. The 3rd International Livestock, Dairy, Meat Processing, and Aquaculture Exposition (ILDEX) took place in The New Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center of Ho Chi Minh City from March 25th to 27th 2010.

World Immune Regulation Meeting-IV (WIRM)

The World Immune Regulation Meeting-IV (WIRM) organized by the SIAF took place in Davos, Switzerland from March 29th to April 1st 2010. The participants of this conference came mainly from European countries but also from USA, Japan, China, Russia, Brazil and a few from Egypt.

International Poultry Scientific Forum in Atlanta

Atlanta is not only known to be the city of Coca Cola, CNN and having the world’s largest aquarium but also for the Poultry Exposition which takes place every year in January. Prior to the Poultry Expo, the International Poultry Scientific Forum was held from 25th-26th of January in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
