Summaries of project proposals should be clear, descriptive and not longer than 350 words. They should contain the following specific information: purpose of the study; experiments planned; outcomes expected.

The project proposal should include the following information:

- Information about applicants
- Objectives
- Materials and methods and available
  facilities/resources
- Timelines and milestones
- Summary of relevant past work
  applicable to the project (optional)
- Estimated budget
